Hi, I’m Nimid, the creator of Kin Khao Der.
I built this website because many foreigners who visit Laos don’t know what to eat or how to explore our local food. As a Lao person, I’ve seen this problem for a long time — tourists want to try real Lao dishes, but they don’t know the names, the flavors, or where to start.
